About the Event
The art of building walls in dry stone, traditional in rural areas of Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland, was inscribed by Unesco in its Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. We will make some retaining walls, to complement the vetiver grass in maintaining the stability of the hillside and fight erosion, creating useable terraces for our crops!
